2、民共和国教师法》、《华南理工大学讲座教授聘任办法》的相关规定，经甲乙双方协商订立本合同。InordertofurtherimplementtheUniversitypolicyof“StrengtheningtheUniversitybyRecruitingTalentedPeople”,toensurethatthechairprofessorundertakehis/herdutiessuccessfully,andtoguaranteethelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothparties,thetwopartieshaver
