1、祥云县中医医院医院感染管理质量考核评价标准普通病房考评内容分值考评办法评分方法得分1．科室应有感染管理防控小组，遵守无菌操作、环境卫生、消毒灭菌与隔离、职业防护、手卫生、一次性使用无菌医疗用品管理、合理应用抗感染药物、医疗废物处理等规定。发现医院感染和传染病病例及时填卡、报告。查看科室相关记录，现场查看人员操作。每项不合格扣1分。2．感染病人与非感染病人分开，同类感染病人相对集中；特殊感染病人单间隔离，对感染病人产生的引流液、体液等消毒后排放，每日对物体表面和地面进行消毒。查看科室相关记录，现场查看人员操作。每项不合格扣1分。3．
