1、绍兴柯桥供水有限公司2015年高峰供水实施方案为切实做好2015年高峰供水工作，扎实推进“五水共治”—“保供水”、“抓节水”项目，确保夏季高峰期间足压、足量、优质供水，结合公司目前供水现状及今夏高峰供水特点，特制订本方案。一、形势分析1.供水量预测今年1-4月供水量与去年同期相比下降2.43%，分析供水量增幅和面上企业形势，按正常年份日变化系数1.23进行测算，预测2015年柯桥区最高日供水量为38.4万吨（包括东部三镇水量为1.2万吨）。根据气象预测，针对可能在今夏高温出现类似2013年的极端天气，按2013年日变化系数1.3计算，今
2、年柯桥区的最高日供水量将达到40.4万吨左右（包括东部三镇供水量）。小舜江供水一、二期总管最高日供水量预计可达45.0万吨（其中柯桥区供水量39.2万吨，区补市水量5.8万吨）。供水量与2013年相比将有所增加，在水源不紧张的情况下，全区供水量能基本得到保障。具体预测详见附表一、二。2.小舜江一、二期总管线超负荷运行今年，预测高峰时期一、二期管线最高日供水量可达45.0万吨。其中：一期管线最高日供水量将达到27.0万吨（设计日供水能力20万吨），阮家湾最大瞬时流量将达到13000m3/h，在DN1600管段中流速将达到1.6m/s；二期
