5、ybridization,immunohistochemistrywithmultipleroundsofstainingandde-staininginnon-sectionedtissue,andantibodylabellingthroughouttheintactadultmousebrain.Finally,weshowthatCLARITYenablesfinestructuralanalysisofclinicalsamples,includingnon-sectionedhuman

6、tissuefromaneuropsychiatric-diseasesetting,establishingapathforthetransmutationofhumantissueintoastable,intactandaccessibleformsuitableforprobingstructuralandmolecularunderpinningsofphysiologicalfunctionanddisease.Theextractionofdetailedstructuralandm
