2、有患者术前MRI明确诊断为ACL、PCL断裂，Lysholm评分(47．6±6．7)分，手术在关节镜下进行，先重建PCL，再重建ACL。结果对2l例患者均进行36—49个月(平均42个月)的随访，未发生感染、韧带断裂、松动等术后并发症。术后3年，Lysholm评分(90．8土3．7)分；国际膝关节评分委员会(InternationalKneeDocumentationCommittee，IKDC)评分，正常14例，接近正常6例，不正常1例，优良率达95％。结论使用LARS人工韧带重建能够使ACL、PCL断裂患者的膝关节获得解剖学重建和稳定性。关节镜下手术具有刨伤小、迅
