1、第33卷第3期高电压技术Voi.33No.32007年3月HighVoitageEngineeringMar.2007·37·基于粗糙集理论的配电网故障选线装置研究1,211庞清乐,孙同景,钟麦英(1.山东大学控制科学与工程学院,济南250061;2.聊城大学计算机学院,聊城252059)摘要:为了提高小波包选线方法的选线精度,提出基于粗糙集理论和小波包分析的故障选线方法。该法利用电磁暂态软件ATP-EMTP仿真单相接地得到一组零序电流信号,从中提取故障特征,如最大幅值衰减比、首波头极性和有效值,并将其作为条件属性,信号需增强的比例作为决策属性,从而
2、构成一个信息系统。通过属性约简和规则约简后得到最小规则集,并用该规则集增强低频采样信号。再进行小波包分解实现故障选线。基于上述原理研制了配电网接地选线装置,给出了装置的硬件结构及软件流程。试验结果表明该系统选线精度高、运算速度快、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定。关键词:粗糙集理论;小波包变换;故障选线;小电流接地系统;配电网;衰减比中图分类号:TM733;TP183文献标识码:A文章编号:1003-6520(2007)03-0037-05ResearchonFaultLineDetectionDeviceforDistributionNetworksBase
