1、第33卷第3期高电压技术Voi.33No.32007年3月HighVoitageEngineeringMar.2007·37·基于粗糙集理论的配电网故障选线装置研究1，211庞清乐，孙同景，钟麦英（1.山东大学控制科学与工程学院，济南250061；2.聊城大学计算机学院，聊城252059）摘要：为了提高小波包选线方法的选线精度，提出基于粗糙集理论和小波包分析的故障选线方法。该法利用电磁暂态软件ATP-EMTP仿真单相接地得到一组零序电流信号，从中提取故障特征，如最大幅值衰减比、首波头极性和有效值，并将其作为条件属性，信号需增强的比例作为决策属性，从而

2、构成一个信息系统。通过属性约简和规则约简后得到最小规则集，并用该规则集增强低频采样信号。再进行小波包分解实现故障选线。基于上述原理研制了配电网接地选线装置，给出了装置的硬件结构及软件流程。试验结果表明该系统选线精度高、运算速度快、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定。关键词：粗糙集理论；小波包变换；故障选线；小电流接地系统；配电网；衰减比中图分类号：TM733；TP183文献标识码：A文章编号：1003-6520（2007）03-0037-05ResearchonFaultLineDetectionDeviceforDistributionNetworksBase
