1、华能繁峙上狼涧49.5MW风电场升压站土建工程基础分部工程（转序）验收自评报告我公司承建的华能繁峙上狼涧49.5MW风电场升压站土建工程自2013年5月10日开工至今已顺利完成综合楼基础分部工程阶段性施工任务，已具备验收条件。一工程概况：工程名称华能繁峙上狼涧49.5MW风电场升压站土建工程建设单位华能繁峙风力发电有限公司设计单位山西电力勘测设计院监理单位内蒙古康远工程建设监理有限责任公司施工单位锦州缔一建筑安装有限责任公司结构类型框架结构层次3层开工日期2013年5月15日二、项目管理组织情况当承接到本工程后，项目部按照施工承包合同、设计图纸、建筑法规、建

2、设工程强制性条文等编写了施工组织设计，专项施工组织方案。（1）施工中严格按照有关规范、施工工艺、设计图纸进行施工，合理安排工作计划，做好各工序的穿插和各工种的配合。（2）项目部配备专门的检查人员，每天对工程的质量进行检查，对违反质量要求的坚决给予返工处理。在展览大厅，我认真观看学习了每个视频、展板和案例，通过对魏民洲、杨殿钟、赵红专、李益民、李大有等严重违纪违法分子犯罪事实的学习manufacturersoftechnicaldocumentsonthequalityrequirementsapplicabletothisproject.Constructi
