1、2014-2015学年寒假教师培训计划(1500字)2014-2015学年寒假教师培训计划为进一步提高我校教师综合素质，不断促进教师专业化成长，更好地适应"发展性课堂"理论需求，根据教育培训中心和学区的有关要求，决定在寒假期间，对全校教师进行《新课程标准解读》、"发展性课堂"教学方法与效果、教学问题设计、学科专业能力、熟悉下学期教材内容为主要内容的集中培训。一、指导思想以《国家教育改革和发展中长期规划》为指导，以提高教师素质、促进教师专业化成长为目的，以加强教师执教能力为核心，以提高教师职业道德、专业
