2、分别采用化学发光法和荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)法检测HBVM与HBVDNA含量。结果抗一HBs、抗一HBc没有显著变化(P>O．05)；A组与B组、B组与c组的比较中只有HBeAg差异有统计学意义(P
