1、l上海纺织科技SHANGHAITEXTILESCIENCE&TECHNOLOGY兰兰圭鱼旦:篁堂:蔓曼塑36I工艺研究V0I.42No6.2014全聚赛络纺集聚负压对成纱性能的影响朱预坤,谢春萍,徐伯俊,刘新金,苏旭中(江南大学纺织服装学院,江苏无锡214122)摘要:全聚纺是一种新型窄槽式负压罗拉型紧密纺系统。全聚赛络纺是将全聚纺与赛络纺纱技术相结合的一种纺纱疗法,可显著提高成纱质量。叙述了全聚赛络纺纱的技术原理;在4种不同集聚负压下分别纺制29.2、14.6、9.7tex全聚赛络纱,分析负压对纱线条千、强力、毛羽性能的影响。结果表明:对于成纱条干,纺制粗特纱时,负压较大有利于改善
2、纱线的条下,而在纺制中、细特纱时负压应适当减小;对于成纱强力,选择较大的负压有助于提高粗特纱的强力,纺制Lf
