2、六味顺激胶囊高、中、低剂量组，采用番泻叶结合束缚的方法复制肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠模型，造模后第2日，各给药组给予相应药物，每日1次，连续2周。观察肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠生存状态、内脏敏感性，测定血清及下丘脑5一HT含量。结果与模型组比较，六味顺激胶囊高、中、低剂量组大鼠体质量增加(P
