1、第l9卷第1O期水利科技与经济Vo1．19No．102013年lO月WaterConservancyScienceandTechnologyandEconomyOct．，2013河溪水库工程经济评价分析李明宇(贵州中水建设管理股份有限公司，贵阳550002)[摘要]简介河溪水库工程概况，对该工程项目进行了财务评价和国民经济评价。评价结果表明，项目全部投资融资前财务内部收益率为4．34％，大于行业基准收益率4％；固定资产利润率为2．6％，盈利能力较弱。国民经济内部收益率为8．87％，大于社会折现率8％，经济净现值2851万元，大于零，经济效益费用比1．08，大于1，项
