1、棉花学报CotonScience2014,26(4):290-294低温和湿度胁迫对盛铃期Bt棉叶片Bt蛋白表达量的影响陈源,韩勇,花明明,王俊,顾超,许映飞,李国生,张祥,陈德华(1.扬9,I1大学农学院,江苏扬州225009;2.扬』、l,I大学,江苏扬州225009)摘要:采用盆栽试验,以转Bt基因的常规品种DP410B和泗抗1号、杂交种岱杂1号和泗抗3号为材料,探讨盛铃期18℃低温下不同湿度对Bt棉叶片Bt蛋白表达量的影响。结果表明,2010年,低温下90%、70%、50%这3种湿度胁迫6h后,D
2、P410B和岱杂l号叶片Bt蛋白含量比各自对照(温度为常温,湿度70%)显著降低,但泗抗1号和泗抗3号没有显著变化;2011年,当低温下90%、50%湿度胁迫时间延长至48h后,4个品种叶片中Bt蛋白含量比各自对照均显著下降。其中岱杂1号和DP410B在胁迫12h后便开始显著低于各自对照,而泗抗1号和泗抗3号则在24h以后才显著低于对照。说明随低温和湿度胁迫时间延长,Bt棉叶片中Bt蛋白含量下降效应逐渐增大,但不同品种间存在一定差异。关键词:Bt棉;Bt蛋白;低温;相对湿度中图分类号:$562.01文献标
