2、对照组各18例,测定帕金森病统一评分量表(unifiedParkinson’sdiseaseratingscale,UPDRS)Ⅲ量表,进行Hoehn—Yahr分期;两组均用磁共振(magneticresonanceimaging,MRI)测定嗅球容积,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果PD组嗅球容积明显小于对照组[(90.9±15.68)mmvs(131.2±24.53)mE,P<0.001];PD组中左侧嗅球容积小于右侧嗅球容积[(41.4±10.05)mmvs(46.5±11.49)mm,P<0.01];正常对照组中两侧嗅球容积
