2、对照组各18例，测定帕金森病统一评分量表(unifiedParkinson’sdiseaseratingscale，UPDRS)Ⅲ量表，进行Hoehn—Yahr分期；两组均用磁共振(magneticresonanceimaging，MRI)测定嗅球容积，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果PD组嗅球容积明显小于对照组[(90．9±15．68)mmvs(131．2±24．53)mE，P<0．001]；PD组中左侧嗅球容积小于右侧嗅球容积[(41．4±10．05)mmvs(46．5±11．49)mm，P<0．01]；正常对照组中两侧嗅球容积
