1、中国油料作物学报2014,36(5):616-622ChineseJournalofOilCropSciencesdoi:10.7505/j.issn.1007-9084.2014.05.009不同丛枝菌根真菌对大豆耐酸、铝能力的影响张爽,廖红,王秀荣(华南农业大学资源环境学院/根系生物学研究中心,广东广州,510642)摘要:通过砂培实验,探讨磷高效耐铝大豆基因型巴西10号在低pH、铝处理条件下,接种7种丛枝菌根真菌,其植株生物量、根系形态指标的变化,以及不同丛枝菌根真菌侵染结构丰度的变化。结果表明,低pH值和铝毒均是大豆生长的限制因子。低pH和铝处理条件下,与不接种的对照相比,
2、接种7种丛枝菌根真菌均能显著增加大豆植株生物量、总根长及植株吸磷量,降低植株铝含量。其中,植株地上部干重增加2倍以上;总根长和吸磷量增加1.5倍以上,而植株铝含量降低了49.0%以上。菌根侵染结构的丰度发生变化。低pH显著增加了Glomusspurcum的丛枝丰度和外生菌丝丰度;铝处理显著增加了Gigasporamargarita和Acaulosporamellea的丛枝丰度,以及Scutellporacalospora的外生菌丝丰度;而低pH和铝处理均显著增加了Glomusetunicutum的外生菌丝丰度。暗示不同丛枝菌根真菌对酸、铝毒害的忍耐机制可能有所不同。关键词:大豆;丛
