4、ingacidlcaching.Theefectsofprocessparameterssuchasacidleachingtime,temperatureandtheratioofsolidtoliquidonthepurificationeficiencywereinvestigated.andtheparameterswereoptimized.Afterwards.thehigh—puritySiingotwasobtainedbymeltingtheSi.richpowdersinvacuumfurnace.Fin
