2、用研磨法提取叶绿素时,溶剂以体积分数为95%的乙醇最好,甜柿叶片叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量分别为1.428、1.086和0.341mg/g,涩柿叶片叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量分别为0.951、0.737和0.213mg/g,均显著高于体积分数为80%的丙酮和二者的混合液;采用浸泡法提取叶绿素时,以体积分数为80%的丙酮和体积分数为95%的乙醇按体积比l:1混合的混合液提取效果最好,甜柿叶片叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量分别为1.478、1.089和0.388mg/g,涩柿叶
