2、响.实验发现纵向结构均匀、径向尺寸相近的纳米管与纳米棒具有相近的辐射特性;随着径向尺寸增加,受激辐射有明显的低阈值化趋势。与上述棒状、管状结构相比较,较细纵杆支撑较大顶部的帽状结构样品中在其顶部易获得更低阈值回音壁模单光子受激辐射、双光子和三光子吸收的上转换辐射。仿真研究与理论分析表明,腔内光场局域性、横向场与纵向模耦合损耗是样品发光特性形貌依赖的主要物理机制。关键词材料;氧化锌;回音壁模;模式耦合损耗;射线跟踪法;时域有限差分法中图分类号0432;0738文献标识码Adoi:10.3788/A0S2O1434.sl16
