2、其神经系统的发育情况。结果：产前超声诊断并活产，产后资料完整的孤立性ASP胎儿共14例，其中2例发生神经系统发育迟滞(1例语言及行为障碍，1例为视一隔发育不良及语言障碍)，余12例未见异常。5例胎儿于产前行MRI检查，其中4例提示视束及视交叉正常，1例难以评估。结论：超声检查是产前发现胎儿孤立性ASP的有效方法，MRI可作为重要的验证和补充的诊断手段；孤立性ASP胎儿总体预后较好，但应重视出生后的随诊观察，尤其是神经、精神、心理发育的远期评估。【关键词】神经系统畸形；预后；胎儿；超声检查，产前[中图分类号】R714．53；R4
