1、第43卷第6期热力发电VoI.43NO.62014年6月THERMALPOWERGENERAT10NJun.2Ol4褐煤与石油焦的善威象特性及机理高夫燕,刘建忠,岑可法(1.浙江大学宁波理工学院,浙江宁波315100;2.浙江大学能源清洁利用国家重点实验室,浙江杭州310027)[摘要]以阴离子表面活性剂亚甲基萘磺酸钠一苯乙烯磺酸钠一马来酸钠作为分散剂,分别对2种褐煤与1种石油焦的共成浆性进行实验研究,考察褐煤焦浆表面特性与成浆特性的内在关系。结果表明:随着煤焦比的增加,浆体表面张力变大,成浆浓度降低,表面张力与成浆性之间存在定性关系,降低表面张力有利于成浆浓度的提高
2、;褐煤的加入使水焦浆由胀流性流体转变为假塑性流体,且煤焦比越大,浆体的假塑性特征越强;随着煤焦比的增加,浆体Zeta电位绝对值增加,颗粒表面荷电量增大,浆体稳定性提高;当煤焦比为2:3时,可获得成浆浓度高于6O、析水率低于5的假塑性浆体燃料。[关键词]石油焦;褐煤焦浆;表面特性;表面张力;Zeta电位;成浆性;稳定性[中图分类号]TQ517.4[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002—3364(2014)06—0092—06[DoI编号]10.3969/j.issn.1002—3364.2014.06.092Characteristicsandmechanismofco-

5、tsshowthat,surfacetensionoftheslurryincreasedwiththeratioofcoaltocoke,whiletheslurryabilitydecreased.Betweensurfacetensionandslurryability,therewasqualitativerelationshipthatreducingthesurfacetensionwouldraisetheslurryconcentra—tion.Byaddinglignite,thepetroleumcokewaterslurrytransformed
6、intopseudoplasticfluidfromdilatantfluid,andthisperformancecouldbeenhancedwiththeratioofcoaltOcoke.Inaddition,theabsolutevalueofZetapotentialincreasedtOO,whichenhancedthestabilityofthemixedslur~ry.Whentheratioofcoaltocokewas2:3,thepseudoplasticslurrycouldbeobtained,ofwhichtheslurryconcen
