1、·842·四川医学2014年7月第35卷(第7期)SichuanMedicalJournal，2014Vo1．35，No．7，论著复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床观察刘润梅(绵阳市中心医院口腔科，四川绵阳621000)【摘要】目的观察复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月我院口腔科门诊就诊的急性智齿冠周炎患者200例。根据患者疾病的严重程度，将无张口受限分为A组，有张口受限分为B组；再将A、B两组患者分别随机分为A1、A2组和B1、B2

2、组。A1、B1组采用复方氯己定含漱液冲洗盲袋，再以探针将碘甘油导入盲袋内。A2、B2组用3％双氧水冲洗盲袋，同样方法将碘甘油导入盲袋内。A、B两组患者就诊前3天内均未全身或局部用药。结果在急性智齿冠周炎初期阶段(A组)，复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗的有效率为96％，3％双氧水联合碘甘油的有效率为82％，差异有统计学意义(=5．005，P<0．05)；随着疾病的发展(B组)，复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗的有效率为76％，3％双氧水联合碘甘油的有效率为56％，氯己定与双氧水的有效率明显降低。结论复方氯己定含漱液联合
