2、流密度的增大,陶瓷膜表面微孔数量减少,表面微孔孔径和陶瓷膜厚度增大;陶瓷膜主要由et—Al0和^ylA1,0组成,且随电流密度的增大,膜层中-A1:03与^y—Al203相衍射峰明显增强;陶瓷膜显微硬度随电流密度的增加而增大,显微硬度最高可达27.331GPa,远高于基体显微硬度的0.687GPa.关键词:材料表面防护;纯铝;微弧氧化;电流密度;微观形貌;显微硬度中图分类号:TG174.4文献标志码:Adoi:10.3724/SP.J.1249.2014.01083Effectofcurrentdensityonmicro..structureandmicro..hardnes
