1、第42卷第8期化学工程Vo1.42No.82014年8月CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)Aug.2014Ca2+与Mg2+对SBR运行效果和活性污泥性能的影响张兰河,张宇,王旭明,张海丰,贾艳萍(1.东北电力大学化学工程学院,吉林吉林132012;2.北京农业生物技术研究中心,北京100089)摘要:为了提高序批式活性污泥工艺(SBR)的脱氮效率和污泥沉降性能,考察了ca“和Mg2对SBR硝化作用和EPS的影响。结果表明:当ca和Mg浓度由5mmoL/L增加至200mmolfL时,添加Ca“反应器中胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质质量浓度由76.8mg/L降低至4.87mg/L
2、,添加Mg“反应器中EPS中蛋白质质量浓度由94.3mg/L降低至38.18mg/L,多糖质量浓度变化较小,污泥的絮凝性逐渐增加,有机物去除和脱氮能力下降。随着ca浓度的增加,污泥沉降比(SVI)由453mL/g降低至320mL/g,而随着Mg2浓度的增加,SVI由461mL/g升高至555.9mL/g。因此,废水中硬度离子的浓度能够影响活性污泥的沉降和絮凝性能,应在实际的活性污泥工艺运行中予以重视。关键词:硬度离子浓度;有机物降解;硝化作用;胞外聚合物;序批式活性污泥反应器中图分类号:X703文献标识码:A文章编号:1005—9954(2014)08-0001-05DoI:10.3969/j
