1、·120·域点台(第43卷第12期)顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯防突技术在潘三矿的应用聂百胜,胡守涛,刘明举。,刘彦伟。,李祥春(1.中国矿业大学(北京)资源与安全学院,北京100083;2.河南理工大学安全科学与·工程学院,河南焦作454003)摘要:淮南矿业集团潘三煤矿是典型的煤与瓦斯突出矿井。针对潘三矿穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯防突措施消突周期长,工程量大,掘进速度慢等问题,选择17171(1)轨道、运输顺槽试验顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯区域防突措施。自执行顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯防突措施以来,煤层最大残存瓦斯含量为
2、4.17in/t,最大残余瓦斯压力为0.32MPa,钻屑量s值在4.0—5.4kg/m之间,钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q在0.9~2.7L/min之间,均无超标现象,实现瓦斯零超限,巷道瓦斯涌出量减小,有效地消除了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,实现工作面安全快速掘进。关键词:顺层长钻孔;卸压增透;应力平衡;区域消突;效检指标中图分类号:TD713.3文献标志码:B文章编号:1003—496X(2012)12—0120—03ApplieationofOutburstEliminationTechnologyforPre—-pump

8、x目前,淮南矿业(集团)公司潘三矿的开采深度越来越困难。基本进入一700m以深,随着煤层埋深的增加,矿井淮南矿区15对矿井有14对为煤与瓦斯突出矿地应力和瓦斯压力增大、瓦斯含量增高,煤层透气性井,1对为高瓦斯矿井。截至目前,11—2煤层为突系数减小,导致煤与瓦斯突出问题日益严重和复杂,出煤层的矿井有11对_lJ,其中包括潘一矿和潘三主要呈现以下2个特点:①多数煤层都具有突出危矿。前期在
