1、第28卷第9期中国给水排水Vo1.28No.92012年5月CHINAWATER&WASTEWATERMav2012生物除磷过程中活性污泥聚磷酶活性的变化南亚萍,袁林江,何志仙,王晓昌(西安建筑科技大学环境与市政工程学院,陕西西安710055)摘要:为提高生物除磷工艺的运行稳定性,采用以A/0和A/O方式运行的高效除磷反应器,对除磷过程中活性污泥的聚磷酶(PPK)活性、混合液中磷浓度和聚磷颗粒含量进行测定,分析三者之间的关系,探讨PPK活性的变化规律。A/O及A/0工艺的运行周期均为6h,运行工况分别为进水/厌氧(
2、1h)、缺氧(O.5h)、好氧(1.5h)、沉淀/排水(1h)、闲置(2h)和进水/厌氧(1h)、好氧(1.5h)、沉淀/排水(1.5h)、闲置(2h)。结果表明:细胞聚磷含量与水中磷浓度的变化均符合典型的生物除磷过程特征,而PPK活性与磷浓度和聚磷含量间并无明显的相关关系,表明PPK并非生物除磷过程的关键限制性酶。关键词:聚磷酶;酶活性;聚磷颗粒;生物除磷;活性污泥中图分类号:X703文献标识码:A文章编号:1000—4602(2012)09—0026—04VariationofP0lyphOsphateKina
