1、乐儿康颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果［摘要］目的探讨乐儿康颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染效果。方法选择2010年2月〜2013年2月台州恩泽医疗中心台州医院儿科门诊反复呼吸道感染患儿94例，按就诊时间随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组在急性感染期给予抗感染及对症治疗；干预组在此基础上予乐儿康颗粒口服，疗程2周。1年后评价疗效，并比较免疫球蛋白水平及呼吸道感染次数。结果干预组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01),干预组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平分别为(1.38土0.67)、(7.57土1.31)、(1.36±0.42)g/L,对照组治疗后IgA、IgG>
2、IgM水平分别为(1.86±0・52)、(9.78+1.57).(1.73±0.44)g/L,两组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)；对照组治疗后出现呼吸道感染次数为(5・79±1・43)次，干预组治疗后呼吸道感染次数为(3.63±1・81)次，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)o结论乐儿康颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染效果确切，能显著提高免疫球蛋白水平，减少呼吸道感染次数，值得推广应用。［关键词］乐儿康颗粒；反复呼吸道感染；疗效［中图分类号］R256.11［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-7210(2015)01(b)-0079-04［A
