1、HBV感染者血清及PBMC培养上清液IL-12水平的检测及意义HBV感染者血清及PBMC培养上清液TL-12水平的检测及意义【摘耍】目的：探讨急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、HBsAg携带者及正常人血清和PBMC培养上清液屮IL-12水平及其意义。方法：应用FicollHypaque密度梯度离心法从肝素化外周血中分离PBMC,用ELTSA方法检测血清及PBMC培养上清液TI-12水平。结果：(1)血清IL-12：急性乙型肝炎血清IL-12阳性率30%,慢性乙型肝炎50%,HBsAg携带者10%,正常人为0。(2)PBMC培养上清液TI-12水平:急性乙型肝炎(121.09±97.43)pg/m

2、l,慢性乙型肝炎(57.11±40.51)pg/ml,HBsAg携带者(25.4±15.86)pg/ml,正常人(38.35±33.86)pg/mlo结论：慢性乙型肝炎血清TL-12阳性率显著高于正常人，急性及慢性乙型肝炎PBMC培养上清液TL-12水平显著高于HBsAg携带者,提示HBV感染者血清TI-12阳性率及PBMC培养上清液TI-12水平与肝脏炎症活动有关。【关键词】乙型肝炎;HBsAg携带者；PBMC；IL-12文章编号:1009-5519(2007)22-3343-02中图分类号：R446文献标识码：AIL-12levelsoftheserumandPBMCculturesu
