1、酒精肝的治疗方法(Treatmentofalcoholicliver)Alcoholicliverdiseaseiscausedbylongperiodsofheavydrinking(alcoho1).Afterethanolentersthelivercell,itisoxidizedtoacetaldehydethroughaseriesofenzymes・Excessivedrinking,alargenumberofacetaldehydeonthelivercellshaveobvioustoxicity.Directlyorindirectlyleadtolivercell
2、degeneration,necrosis,andfibrosis,whichcandevelopintocirrhosisinseverecases・Thepathogenesisofalcoholicfattyliverhasbeenprovedinrecentyears:(1)freefattyacidsenterthebloodtoomuch・(2)thenewsynthesisofhepaticfattyacidsincreased・(3)decreaseinoxidationofhepaticfattyacids・(4)threediacylglycerolsynthesis
3、・(5)intracellularlipoproteinreleasedisorderinhepatocytes.Patientswithalcoholicliverdiseaseoftenappearearly:significantweightloss,lossofappetite,nauseaandvomiting,generalmalaise,fever,abdominalpainanddiarrhea,anduppergastrointestinalbleeding.Alcoholiclivernotonlyaffecttheabsorptionandsynthesisofpr
4、oteinandvitamin(malnutrition),malnutritionhasbecomesecondaryfactorsofhepaticcelldamagefurther,interactioncaneventuallyleadtolivercellfattyinfiltration,inflamination,necrosis,theoccurrenceoflivercirrhosis・Ifitisallowedtodevelop,fibrosisandcirrhosisareinevitable,andmanycomplicationscanoccur・Theseco
5、mplicationsareoftenariskfactorforalcoholicliverfailure:1.upperdigestivetracthemorrhage:portalhypertensioncausedbyhepaticalcoholoccurred,uppergastrointestinalbleeding,alsomaybeduetoacutegastricerosion,ulceroresophagealvaricealbleeding(EVB),ifyoucannotdealwithtimelyandeffective,willshockthecrisisof
6、lifeanddeathrisk.2.:alcoholicliverascitesandinfectionbecauseofelectrolyte,osmoticpressure,nutritionandotherfactorsleadtotheemergenceofalargenumberofascites,similartolivercirrhosisandhepatocellularcarcinoma,inpatientswithascites,resultinginaviciousspiralpronetodisorderofelectrolyteortheentiresyste
7、mcrisisledtothedeathoflove.Atthesametime,duetoalcohol,liverdisease,nutritionandvariouscomplications,resultinginlowimmunity,extremelysusceptibletoinfection,especiallypulmonaryinfectionandbacterialspontaneousperitonitis・
