1、纳米材料论文-浅析石墨烯研究生课程报告课程名称纳米材料制备技术学号姓名专业院(系、所)M20137020柳枝分析化学化学与化工学院2013年11月15日纳米材料石墨烯浅析摘要:纳米材料是指在三维空间中至少有一维处于纳米尺度范ffl(l-lOOnm)或由它们作为基木单元构成的材料,这人约相当于10〜100个原子紧密排列在一起的尺度。石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的平血薄膜,只有一个碳原子厚度的二维材料。木文主要叙述石墨烯的制备、性质及其在超级电容器上的应用。制备方法通常
2、用机械剥离法、氧化还原法、化学气相沉积法三种;石墨烯是世上最薄最坚硬的纳米材料,而且几乎是完全透明的,只吸收2.3%的光;导热系数高达5300W/(m・K),高于碳纳米管和金刚石,常温下其电子迁移率超过15000cm2/(V・s),又比纳米碳管或硅晶体高,而电阻率只约10-6Q・cm,比铜或银更低,为世上电阻率最小的材料;因为其性质的优越性,使石墨烯有很强的应用性,异常高的导电性和人表血积,使石墨烯基材料在超级电容器中的应用具有极人的潜力。关键词:纳米材料、石墨烯、超级电容器Abstract:Nanomateri

5、lvapordepositionmethodpreparegrapheme.Grepheneisthehardestandmostthicknessnanomaterialsintheworld,andalmostcompletelytransparent,onlyabsorbs2.3%light;coefficientofthermalconductivityisupto5300W/(m•K),higherthanthatofcarbonnanotubesanddiamond,theelectronmobi1i
