2、_________________________★关于做好贯彻实施《桩承载力自平衡测试技术规程》标准的通知各市建委、技术监督局:由东南大学土木工程学院等单位编制的《桩承载力自平衡测试技术规程》,业经审查,现批准为江苏省地方标准,编号DB32/T291-1999,自1999年6月1日起执行。请有关单位做好组织实施工作。该规程由江苏省工程建设标准设计站组织发行。一九九九年四月二十六日(章)抄送:省属勘察设计单位,省工程建设标准设计站前言本规程是根据江苏省建委颁布发的苏建科(1997)358号文的要求,由东南大学土木工程学院会同江苏省
3、建设工程质量监督站、南京市建筑工程质量监督站等有关单位共同编制而成。本规程是根据东南大学土木工程学已有的试验研究成果,结合省内的工程实践经验,针对自平衡试桩法的特点,参考了《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94)的有关内容并征求了有关单位的意见而编制的。经多次审查、修改后定稿,作为江苏省的地方标准。在执行本规程的过程中,主注意总结经验和积累资料,如发现有需要修改或补充之处,请将意见和有关资料寄交东南大学土木工程学院(南京四牌楼2号,邮编210096),以便今后修订时参考。本标准由江苏省建设委员会提出。本标准主编单位:东南大学土木工

7、················································································6江苏省地方标准桩承载力自平衡测试技术规程DB32/T291-19991总则1.1自平衡试桩法是接近于竖向抗压(拔)桩的实际工作条件的一种试验方法,可确定单桩竖向抗压(拔)极限承载力和桩周土层的极限侧摩阻力、桩端土极限端阻力。为使自平衡试桩法的测试做到技术先进、经济合、安全可靠、确保质量,特制定本规程。1.2自平衡试桩法适用于粘性土、粉土、砂土、岩层中的钻孔灌注桩、人工挖孔
8、桩、沉管灌注桩等,特别适用于传统静载试桩相当困难的水上试桩、坡地试桩、基坑底试桩、狭窄场地试桩等情况。对直径D≥1.5m试桩检测可采用小直径桩模拟测试以确定单位面积的摩阻力、端阻力极限值,模拟桩的直径不应小于800mm,最后根据实际尺寸通过换算确定
