1、实用口腔医学杂志(JPractStomato1)2014Jan,30(1)·57·光照射时间对二氧化锆陶瓷树脂粘接性能的影响洪兵景页孟翔峰【摘要】目的:探讨在保证自粘接型树脂水门汀固化的同时延长光照射时间,能否改善其与二氧化锆陶瓷的粘接效果。方法:二氧化锆陶瓷片(InCofisZI,Sirona)经烧结、打磨后,分别与3种自粘接型树脂水门汀(Biscem,G—Cem,SALuting)粘接。每种树脂水门汀按照光照射时间(5、2O、4Os)和冷热循环次数(0、5000次)等实验条件交叉组合为6个实验组(n=10),测量每组试件的剪切粘接强度。另外每种树脂水门汀按照光照射时间分为3
2、个实验组(n=5),测量避光保存24h后的试件表面努氏显微硬度值。使用单因素方差分析和独立样本t检验分别对数据进行统计学处理。结果:除了G—Cem的40S、SALuting的20S和40S光照射组外,冷热循环显著降低了其余各组的粘接强度。冷热循环前,3种树脂水门汀的5S和20s光照射组的粘接强度显著高于40S光照射组的;冷热循环后,20S光照射组的粘接强度高于5S和40S光照射组。3种树脂水门汀20S和40S光照射组的显微硬度显著高于5S光照射组的。结论:光照射时间对自粘接型树脂水门汀的固化及其与二氧化锆陶瓷的粘接强度和耐久能力有显著影响,但光照射时间的过长对二氧化锆陶瓷树脂粘
