3、化水轮机组状态监测的节点设计分析,建立了水轮机组工作时过程层中设备数据的现场采集、监测层中信号的传输与站控层中系统Pc机通讯之间的关系,提出了在现场节点设计的基础上数据的采集、信号的转换和传输等方法。在以ATmega8515单片机为核心的系统结构上,对各芯片构成的现场节点进行了评价,进行了对该设计的测试和性能分析试验。研究结果表明:采用网络化水轮机组状态监测的节点设计,实现了水轮机组的数据信号的采集、存储、转换和传输,从而完成了采样数据和状态特征的实时监测和远程监控。关键词:水轮机组;节点设计;A/D转换;ATmega8515中图分类号
