1、·1466·中国基层医药2013年5月第20卷第l0期chinJPrimMed，ay垫，：N0：根治术后胃癌组织中肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶1及细胞周期素E的表达及意义王兵【摘要】目的探讨根治术后胃癌组织中肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶1(PIN1)及细胞周期素E(CyclinE)的表达及意义。方法选择46例接受胃癌根治术的患者作为研究对象，取其肿瘤组织作为胃癌组，癌旁正常组织作为对照组，采用免疫组织化学法观察组织中PIN1以及CyclinE的表达情况，并分析其与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴及远处转移等病理参数的关系并对患者进行为期5年的随访调查。结果胃癌组织中PIN1(3949．66±157．40)及C

2、yclinE(5443．07±240．15)表达显著高正常组织[(247．67±75．63)、(354．92±93．88)](均P<0．05)，其中PIN1与胃癌分化程度、淋巴及远处转移有关；CyclinE则与胃癌浸润深度及分化程度有关；PIN1及CyclinE表达同时升高的患者5年生存率仅为50．0％，显著低于两者表达单独升高或不升高者。结论胃癌根治术后胃癌组织中PIN1及CyclinE表达水平升高，可较好反映病理参数及预后。【关键词】胃肿瘤；肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶1；细胞周期素E；预后；免疫组织化学TheexpressionofPIN1andCyclinEingastriccarcino
