6、edbyelectronbeamlithography.Theareaofphotosensitivesurfaceisaslargeas100m×100mtoensureitshighsensitivity.Theprincipleisbasedontheballistictransportofelectronsinthenano-scalechannels.Thefrequencyisexpectedtobeintherangeof10GHz,oneortwoordershigherthanconventional
