1、l8广东农业科学2013年第6期党参和黄芪种植地土壤水浸液对蚕豆化感作用的研究叶文斌.樊亮(1.陇南师范高等专科学校生化系,甘肃成县742500;2.陇南师范高等专科学校数学系,甘肃成县742500)摘要:为了探讨中草药党参和黄芪种植地土壤水浸液对蚕豆的化感作用,采用生物测定方法研究了不同浓度(0.5000、0.2500、0.1250、0.0625g/mL)中草药党参和黄芪种植地土壤水浸液对蚕豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,两种中药种植地土壤水浸液对受体蚕豆种子吸胀过程中相对吸水量的增加有抑制作用,抑制程度随着水浸液浓度的升高而增强;水浸液对蚕豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应在低浓
