1、BNP与年龄、性别及疾病之间关系扌采讨作者:王斌,陈佩,徐佩尔,汤海华,孔亦文,耿军,陆瑾月,颜雪云,秦光耀,宋琴【摘要】冃的探讨BNP与年龄、性别及疾病之间的关系。方法对200例患者进行快速测定BNP,同时收集患者其他相关临床信息,比较分析BNP与年龄、性别及疾病之间的关系。200例均为住院患者,其中男100例,年龄275岁与年龄<75岁各50例,心源性呼吸困难、非心源性呼吸困难各占50%;女100例,年龄三75岁与年龄<75岁各50例,心源性疾病与非心源性疾病分别占51%与49%。结杲(1)BNP值与性别之间不存在显著性差异,即不同性别人群的BNP值无明显差异(P>0・0
2、5)。(2)BNP值与年龄之间差异有显著性,即随着年龄的增高,BNP值呈上升趋势(P<0.05)o(3)心源性疾病与非心源性疾病之间的BNP值差异有显著性,即心源性疾病的BNP值明显高于非心源性疾病(P<0.05)o结论年龄、疾病对BNP值有着一定的影响,BNP对心力衰竭的诊断及急性呼吸困难的病因鉴别有着重要价值。【关键词】BNP;年龄;性别;非心源性呼吸困难;心源性呼吸困难[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvest!gatetherelationsbetweenBNP,age,genderanddiseases・MethodsBNP1evelsof200patient

7、肽高浓度相当,去除小鼠的心房,心脏分泌BNP仍可保留正常分泌量的60%,而心房肽(ANP)则降至正常分泌量的5%以下[4],这提示ANP主耍由心房分泌,而BNP则主耍由心室分泌,这可能与心室BNP含量小、分泌较心房迅速有关。正常状态下BNP在心室贮备很少,心室壁的张力增加是BNP释放的主要原因,轻度心室负荷增加即可使它的mRNA表达增加,BNP合成增加。BNP和其他利钠肽-ANP、C型脑钠肽(CN
