2、手工敷设会导致反复修改且效率低下。提出一种基于工程规则的航空发动机管线自动敷设算法。该方法将航空发动机布管问题描述为求取满足一定规则的扫掠圆运动轨迹问题,采用柱坐标系对航空发动机的回转布管空间进行描述,构建轨道线框用于限定扫掠圆的运动轨迹。提出基于工程规则的布管算法引导扫掠圆接近目标,并提出障碍轮廓扩张法使得扫掠圆绕过形状复杂的管路附件。算法存储空间小、搜索速度快,且不局限于柱面或锥面,因此更具一般性。通过若干航空发动机管路敷设的数值算例,验证了算法的可行性与高效性。关键词:航空发动机管线敷设中图分类号:V2

5、ntsandengineeringrules,andmanualroutingusuallyresultsinrepeatedmodifications.Apiperoutingalgorithmforautomaticgenerationofpiperoutesinarotationalspaceofanaero-engineisproposed.Itformulatestheaero-enginepiperoutingproblemassearchingforascanningcircle’smoving
6、trajectorieswhilemeetingcertainengineeringrules.Accordingtotheroutingspace,thecylindricalcoordinatesystemisadoptedtodescribetheroutingspace,andtrajectoryframeworkisconstructedtorestrictthescanningcircle’smovements.Subsequently,anengineeringrule-basedpiperou
7、tingalgorithmisdevelopedtoleadthescanningcircletotargets,andanobstaclecontour-expansionmethodisfurtherproposedforthescanningcircletobypassobstacles.Thealgorithmrequireslessmemoryspaceandhasfastsearchspeed.And,itismoregeneralsinceitisdesignedfortherotational
