1、加工制作预制钢箱梁节段接口匹配工艺及接口环缝焊接变形的规律赵加亮宋华伟(北京崇建工程有限公司,北京100061)摘要:结合天津海河蚌埠桥钢箱梁节段桥位施工,大桥钢箱粱为全焊接结构,钢箱粱断面宽度大,所用钢材厚度较薄,加之钢箱梁环缝桥位施焊在野外作业,施焊环境恶劣,桥位环缝焊接变形、焊接收缩量和焊接质量的控制等有一定的难度。钢箱梁是天津海河蚌埠桥悬索桥上部的承重铜结构,其焊接质量直接关系到桥梁的安全。为保证产品整体质量,控制焊接变形,对钢箱粱焊接和焊接变形控制进行细致地分析,制定合理可靠的焊接工艺流程,采用焊接变形小和焊接收缩量小的焊

7、teel—boxgirdersegment;interfacematching;weldingdeformationl工程概况箱梁组焊及节段预拼;桥位进行预制钢箱梁节段匹天津海河蚌埠桥主桥为双塔双索面全焊钢箱粱配及接口焊接。斜拉桥,主跨90in,钢箱梁施工采用节段制造及预桥上拼装作业内容包括:钢箱粱接口匹配,悬臂拼,运抵桥位后吊装、匹配及桥上环缝焊接。预制钢吊装钢箱梁接口匹配,焊前接口精匹配,其他件装箱梁节段按长度和结构分为12种类型,共46个梁焊,焊接变形及线形控制等。段,钢箱梁横断面宽33.2in,中心高2.3rn,标准梁钢箱梁
8、吊装顺序:钢梁吊装分为两个阶段,第一段长8In,质量96t,全桥钢箱梁长320In,总质量阶段主梁段的吊装,通过150t架桥机完成吊装作业;5600t,材料采用16MnqE和Q420钢。第二阶段为悬臂吊装(包括边跨合龙和跨中合龙),通
