2、因子3水平的全析因仿真实验,分析了各工艺参数对气化性能的影响。结果表明:氧煤比是影响产气率和粗煤气有效成分的重要因素,同时对消耗指标的亦有显著影响。产气率等效益指标随氧煤比的增加而增加,而消耗指标则随氧煤比的增加而减少;蒸汽煤比可以提高产气率,但主要影响H的含2量,各消耗指标会随着蒸汽煤比的增加而减少;压力对煤气化性能指标影响不显著。进而,采用综合平衡优化方法,对煤气化工艺参数进行了综合优化,以协调各指标间可能的冲突,寻找到一组使各指标尽可能最优工艺参数的组合。关键词:ChemCAD;气流床;煤气化;参数优化中图分类号:TQ546郾2摇摇摇文献标志码:AEntrained鄄flo

6、ndicatorssuchasgasproductionrateincreasewiththeoxygen鄄coalratioincreasing,whiletheconsumptionindicatorsreduce.Thesteam鄄coalratiocanenhancethesyngasproductionrate,butmainlyaffecttheamountofHinthesyngas.The2consumingindicatorsofthecoalgasificationarealsoaffectedbythesteam鄄coalratio.Theeffectofp
7、ressureonthegas鄄ificationperformanceisnotsignificant.Then,anintegratedbalancedoptimizationmethodwasputforwardtooptimizetheparametersbasedonthemethodofmaineffectanalysisandrangeanalysis.Thismethodcanfindasetofprocessparameterstooptimizeallthei
