2、cts. 2适用范围ApplicableScope适用于产品生产全过程的检验和试验状态的标识。Thisisapplicabletotheidentificationofinspectionandteststatusforthewholeproductionprocess. 3职责Responsibility 3.1质量部负责检验和试验状态标识监督和管理。TheQualityDepartmentisresponsibleforsupervisingandmanagingtheidentificationofinspecti

3、onandteststatus. 3.2仓库管理员负责入库产品的检验和试验状态的标识。Thestorekeeperisresponsibleforidentifyingtheinspectionandteststatusoftheproductsinwarehouse. 3.3制造部负责生产过程半成品或成品检验和试验状态的标识。TheManufacturingDepartmentisresponsibleforidentifyingtheinspectionandteststatusofthesemi-finishedp

4、roductsorthefinishedproductsinproductionprocess. 3.4   技术工程部负责产品试验状态的标识。TheEngineeringDepartmentisresponsibleforidentifyingtheteststatusoftheproducts. 3.5   各使用部门负责本部门标牌的申报，制造部组织制作。Eachusedepartmentisresponsiblefordeclaringitsownlabels,whiletheManufacturingDepart

5、mentshallaccomplishthefabrication. 4工作程序WorkProcedures 4.1检验和试验状态分四种：Theinspectionandteststatusisdividedintofour(4)types:ａ)待检；Awaitinginspection;ｂ)合格品；AcceptableProduct;ｃ)不合格品；UnacceptableProduct;ｄ)已检待定。Inspectedbutunconfirmed. 4.2标识方法IdentificationMethods 4.2.1以

6、质量记录、分区存放、挂牌、标签、质量检验报告等进行标识。Conductidentificationthroughqualityrecords,zoningstorage,nameplates,tags,andqualityinspectionreport. 4.2.2各相关的质量记录、标签、质量检验报告必须标明产品的名称、图号、数量、批次号、检验日期、生产日期及等级。Thequalityrecords,labelsandqualityinspectionreportsmustcarryproductname,drawin
