1、血细胞分析仪分析结果异常时与血涂片的临床对比研究【摘要】目的：将血细胞分析仪所检测出现异常的标本涂片染色，在显微镜下对其血细胞数量、形态、分类与血细胞分析仪检查结果实施对比，以此检验血细胞分析仪分析的结果是否可靠与准确。方法：将本院2013年6月-2015年6月接收的通过血细胞分析仪出现血细胞分析结果异常的患者标本2000例进行研究分析，将英与血涂片镜检测的结果实施分析对比。结果：血小板数量比正常标本涂片较高，与血细胞分析仪分析的结果相同，但部分血小板数量比正常低的部分不符合，因其部分血小板的聚集导致出现假性血小
2、板减少，必须给予血涂片镜检测；血涂片镜检测和血细胞仪分析的红细胞体积结果相同；对分类或不分类异常的白细胞标木须给予血涂片镜检。结论：应用血细胞分析仪所检测的结果出现异常、不完全的可靠，只冇将涂片染色镜检测结果对比，才可将血细胞分析仪不可正确识别异常细胞成分的缺点进行修正，最后得到准确而又科学的结果，降低患者的漏误诊率。【关键词】血细胞分析仪；血涂片；临床对比ClinicalComparativeStudyonAbnormalAnalysisResuItsofBloodCellAnalyzerandBloodSme
