1、双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果分析【摘要】目的：探❷双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果。方法：选取2016年6-11月笔者所在医院收治的门诊患儿60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊，口服，1粒/次，2次衍，而观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊，口服，1粒/次，2次/d,和丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗，2次/d,两组疗程均为1周。观察对比两组患者的疗效、治疗前后血清IgE,嗜酸性粒细胞值变化情况。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。治疗前两组Ig
2、E、嗜酸性粒细胞比较，差异均无统计学意义；治疗后对照组血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞值均无明显变化，观察组血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞均明显降低，且血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞值均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹能提高治疗效果，改善患儿肠道菌群，调节免疫平衡，增强免疫功能。学意义。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松【关键词】双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊；丁酸氢化可的松乳膏；婴儿湿疹EffectAnalysisofBifidobacteriumTripleViableCapsulesCombinedwithHydrocortisoneButyrateCreami
