3、N:1.Thepurposeofthisloanisusedforworkingcapitalturnover.2.WithoutwrittenapprovaloftheLender,theBorrowercouldnotusetheloanoutofthescopeofthepurpose.ARTICLE3INTERESTRATEANDCALCULATIONOFINTEREST:1.Interestrate:Theinterestrateshallbe[***]Duringtheloanterm,ifthecountry
