1、天津农业科学TianjinAgriculturalSciences2014,20(9):02-106·土壤肥料与节水灌溉不同施肥处理对紫叶孪生长效应的影响徐福慧,李恒飞,韩飞,姚延祷(1.山西农业大学林学院,山西太谷030801;2.山西中条山国有林管理局,山西侯马043000)摘要:为探索不同施肥处理对紫叶李生长效应的影响,试验选取露地栽培的3年生紫叶李苗木为试材,采用田间试验和化学分析以及数据统计分析相结合的方法,在植株生长旺盛期进行氮磷钾肥的不同处理,并以空白处理做对照,测定苗木的形态及生理指标。结果表明:(1)不同施肥处理对紫叶李苗木株高、地径的影响有明显差异,处理后苗木苗高和地
2、径增值明显高于空白对照,说明施肥能够促进紫叶李的生长,而氮磷钾含量的比例对植株的生长影响较大,合理的氮磷钾比例能有效促进紫叶李的生长;(2)不同施肥处理对苗木体内保护酶的影响都较为明显,经过施肥处理的紫叶李叶内SOD、PPO酶活性普遍高于没有经过施肥处理的空白对照。说明施肥能够增强紫叶李体内的酶活性,可以提高紫叶李的抗性。关键词:紫叶李;施肥;形态指标;生理效应中图分类号:$687文献标识码:ADOI编码:10.3969~.issn.1006—6500.2014.09.024EfectsofDiferentFertilizationTreatmentsonLeeGrowthandPhys
