2、山梨酸,添加量均为6g/kg),每组5个重复,每个重复18只.试验6周.分别于42和63日龄称其体质量并计算平均日增质量、平均日采食量和料质量比.试验结束后屠宰测定腹脂率、胸肌率和腿肌率,另采集胸肌和腿肌样品测定pH和失水率,以及腿肌糖原含量、乳酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性.试验结果表明:日粮中添加苯甲酸能够显著降低肉鸡平均日增质量和日采食量,并显著降低肉鸡腹脂率;日粮中添加山梨酸能够显著提高肉鸡的饲料转化效率,而二甲酸钾对试验鸡的生长性能无显著性影响.3种有机酸均具有降低胸肌和腿肌pH的趋势,显著提高肌肉的系水力,但对胸肌率和腿肌率均无
