1、莫沙必利联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察莫沙必利联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察［摘耍］目的观察莫沙必利联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年6月〜2014年1月收治的120例FD患者，全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例，对照组予多潘立酮口服,10mg/次，3次/d,饭前半小时服用，连用2周。观察组同时联合莫沙必利口服，5mg/次，3次/d,饭前半小时服用，连用2周。治疗期间密切观察及记录可能出现的不良反应。比较两组的疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分、复发率。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后的总有效率分别

2、为93.3%、78.3%,差异具有统计学意义(x2=6.273,P<0.05)o两组患者的上腹痛或不适、上腹饱胀、早饱、暧气等临床症状积分治疗后均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。治疗3个月后对两组患者进行随访，观察组共随访52例，对照组共随访50例，其中观察组复发6例，对照组复发14例，两组复发率比较，差异具有统计学意义(x2=5.137,P<0.05)o结论莫沙必利联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良可以提高疗效，明显改善患者的临床症状，降低复发率，值得推广和应用。［关键词］功能性消化不良；莫沙必利；多潘立酮；复发
