4、较理想的临床治疗方法。方法将2009年3月至2013年5月我科收治的108例患者分为治疗组56例和对照组52例。其中治疗组56例应用MEBO治疗，观察创面愈合情况、用药期间创面有无炎性反应以及止痛效果，并与同期应用sD—Ag治疗的52例患者进行对照。结果治疗组用药过程中创面细菌数与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；治疗组止痛作用明显优越于对照组，治疗组疼痛例数占17．8％，对照组疼痛例数占72．3％；治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，平均缩短(3．55±0．7)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论MEBO是治疗／l,Jg面颈部烧伤
