4、···············五.实习总结············································一.安全操作知识1.人体触电发生触电时,人体是导体。人体安全电压是36V,高于这个值的电压人碰触后会产生危险,电压越高,危险越大。通过人体的电流,取决于触电者接触到的电压和人体电阻的大小,接触到的电压越高,通过人体的电流也就越大,超过0.1A触电者就会死亡。电流作用时间长短,交流电频率的高低和电流的大小是影响触电者危险高低的直接因素,时间越长,频率越高,电流越大,触电者的危险性就越高。电流对人体的伤害途径:电流通过
5、人体时,可是表皮灼烧,并能刺激神经,破坏心脏以及呼吸系统的功能。2.人体电阻及对人体对电流的反应人体的电阻:人触电时与人体电阻也有一定的关系,人体电阻一般在10000~100000Ω之间,主要是皮肤角质层的电阻很大。但是,当人体皮肤出汗,沾有水和灰尘(金属,炭质灰尘)等时,人体皮肤电阻会大大降低,从而也增加了触电的危险性。人体对不同电流的相关反应:8~10mA:手摆脱电极很困难,手指有剧痛的感觉。第21页武汉理工大学《电子电工实习报告书》20~25mA:手迅速麻痹,不能自主摆脱电极,呼吸开始困难。50~80mA:呼吸很困难,心房开始震颤起来。
6、90~100mA:呼吸麻痹,几秒钟后心脏开始麻痹,心跳停止。3.触电救护(1)解脱电源:如果是接触电器触电,立即切断近处的电源,如断开空开拔下插头等;若因碰到破损导线触电,附近找不到接电源的开关,可用干燥的木棒竹竿等绝缘体把电线挑开,挑开的线放在绝缘处。在解脱电源的过程中,如触电者身处高处,要防止触电者脱离电源后跌伤。抢救者一定要防止自身触电,不要在没有绝缘防护的情况下直接接触触电者皮肤。(2)触电的急救:是触电者平卧,不垫枕头,放在干燥通风处;迅速解开触电者的领带围巾,松开上衣钮扣,护胸罩,松开裤带,使其胸部能自由扩张不妨碍呼吸。如果触电人
7、意识模糊或心跳停止,须进行人工呼吸。方法是救护人员位于触电者头部的左边或右边,用一只手捏紧其鼻孔不使漏气,另一只手将触电者下巴拉向前下方,使其嘴巴张开准备接受吹气。救护人员做深呼吸后紧贴触电人的嘴巴对其大口吹气,同时观察触电人胸部的隆起程度,一般略有起伏为宜。救护人员吹气至换气时,应立即离开触电人的嘴巴,放松其鼻子使其自由排气。这是应注意其胸部的复原情况,倾听口鼻处有无呼气声,从而检查呼吸是否阻塞。按照上述方法对触电人反复吹气,换气,成人为14~16次/min,大约5S一个循环,吹气约2S,呼气约3S;儿童为10~18次/min。人工胸外挤压
8、心脏。若心跳和呼吸已停止,人完全失去知觉时,则需同时采用人工呼吸和胸外挤压两种方法,先胸外挤压心脏4~6次,然后人工呼吸2~3次,再挤压心脏,反复循环进行操作。人工
