2、证型，给予药膳疗法、耳穴埋豆疗法、音乐疗法综合干预。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表积分对两组患者入院时、干预后4周、8周进行效果评定。结果观察组在干预后4周、8周汉密尔顿抑郁量表积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，汉密尔顿抑郁量表减分率的临床疗效优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(0．O】)。结论药膳疗法、耳穴埋豆疗法、音乐疗法等中医辨证施护综合干预能有效改善患者抑郁、焦虑、失眠等症状，提高患者临床疗效。【关键词】抑郁症；辨证施护；药膳疗法；耳穴埋豆疗法；音乐疗法【中图分类号】R2d8；R47【文献标识码】A【文章编号】
