2、标显著下降,pH和DO值显著上升,在5O%原浓度污水中添加6净化剂~K处理5h时净化效果最佳,净化剂的处理量和处理时间与污水的各项化学指标问具有显著或极显著的相关性,泥鳅成活率随着净化剂处理量和处理时问的延长而上升,当5o原浓度污水中添加8净化剂一K处理4h时,与未处理的污水相比,泥鳅成活率从0上升至1。0,泥鳅微核率和核异常率随着污水中净化剂处理量的增加而显著下降,与未净化的污水处理相比达到极显著差异水平。不同净化处理与成活率、微核率和核异常率间进行回归分析的结果均呈现出极显著的相关性。可见成活率、微核率和核异常率这三项指标均可以作为污水生物毒性的衡量指标。
